The Project

The Kopanong Precinct Project is a R16 billion infrastructure development project that will forge private-public collaboration between the Gauteng Provincial Government and the Development Bank of South Africa.

It will see the transformation of government properties into modern complexes to provide integrated services and to stimulate economic growth.

What It Means For Communities:

• Integrated government services - one-stop access for residents
• Modern, energy-efficient buildings that reduce maintenance costs
• Construction and operational jobs for Johannesburg residents
