These terms apply when you use cdeguerilla.online or buy services from Cde Guerilla ("we", "us"). By buying a plan you agree to them.

Services

We provide AI-assisted SEO, content, lead generation and campaign services as described on our pricing page. The AI Visibility Audit is a once-off report with a 30-day action plan and a walkthrough call. The Seed Pilot is a once-off engagement. Retainers are monthly services that renew until cancelled.

No guaranteed rankings or results

Search engines and AI assistants decide their own rankings and recommendations. We use white-hat methods only and never promise a specific ranking position, number of leads or sales. Reported results are measured, not estimated.

Payment

• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). South African clients pay by bank EFT; international clients pay by PayPal, charged in US dollars at the exchange rate shown at checkout.
• Work starts once payment reflects in our account. Please use the payment reference we give you.
• The AI Visibility Audit fee is credited in full against a Seed Pilot bought within 30 days of the audit.
• Media and advertising spend on third-party networks is billed separately at cost.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a retainer at any time before the next billing date; it ends at the close of the paid period. Once-off services are non-refundable once work has started. If we cannot deliver a once-off service you paid for, we will refund you in full.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are entitled to promote what you ask us to promote, that the information you give us is accurate, and that campaigns comply with the laws that apply to you. We may decline or pause work that we believe is unlawful, misleading or harmful. Political campaigns must comply with electoral and advertising rules, including platform verification requirements.

Content and AI

Drafts may be produced with AI assistance and are reviewed by a person before publication. You own the final content you pay for. We may refer to your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by third-party platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.
